Unified client communications, booking data, and AI-driven follow-ups for a growing travel agency operating across three markets.

Problem

The client was running a high-volume travel agency across WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets — with no central record of client conversations, booking status, or follow-up history. Leads were slipping through because agents didn't know what had already been promised. Repeat clients received no automated outreach. The team was spending 4–5 hours a day on copy-paste communication work that added no value.

Our solution

We built a unified CRM that aggregates conversations from WhatsApp and email into a single client timeline. An AI email agent — powered by the Claude API — drafts personalised follow-ups based on the client's enquiry history, selected destinations, and booking stage. A booking automation layer (built in n8n) syncs confirmation data from supplier APIs directly into the client record, eliminating manual data entry. Agents see one screen; the AI handles the routine communication load.
